Ok we are finding that some Samsung phones and Windows phones will not let you download our app. This is fine all you need to do is:
- Try to open settings and click allow download of third party apps - in most cases once it downloads the app the setting to not allow 3rd party apps resets.
- If #1 does not work or is too confusing there is a guaranteed solution. open the app link and when install or view comes up click on View - then bookmark the page in your phone. You may click add to home screen and it will save. The cool thing about the app mobile page it acts just like the app so it will do and show you everything as if it were installed.
With Blackberry phones unless you have Z10 or higher you may have to add as bookmark as well.. We tried on some older Blackberry phones and got the same result best to save as bookmark.
